SALISBURY STEAK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: - Meat: 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef, ½ cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 teaspoons dry mustard, 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 cube beef bouillon, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons Runnin Wild Burger Seasoning - Gravy: 1 onion thinly sliced, 2 cups beef broth, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet seasoning sauce, 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, Runnin Wild Peppered Sea Salt to taste

PROCEDURE: For the meat: Combine ground beef, oatmeal, ketchup, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, and Runnin Wild Burger Seasoning. Form into patties and fry until cooked. Remove from skillet. For the gravy: Cook onions in the skillet, then add beef broth, ketchup, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Mix cornstarch with broth, add to skillet, and cook to thicken. Season with Runnin Wild Peppered Sea Salt. Return beef patties to the gravy and simmer. Serve and enjoy!
