When you purchase or receive a BK eGift, there are certain additional terms and conditions that you should be aware of. A BK eGift is essentially an electronic version of the BK Crown Card, which can be bought online or received as a prize through specific BKC online and social media promotions. These eGifts cannot be reloaded and are sent to the recipient as a sixteen-digit code via email or on their designated social media platform, such as Facebook.

To redeem a BK eGift, the recipient must present the sixteen-digit code at Participating Restaurants and show it to a crew member either on their smartphone or in printed form. If the BK eGift is lost, stolen, or damaged, BKC will not replace its value, whether it be monetary or otherwise. It is important to safeguard the account number associated with your BK eGift, as sharing it could result in others redeeming the gift and depleting its value.
